日本語しゃべるよ!ペラペラじゃないけど ^_^ 日本語でも英語でも連絡しよう!

(Hablo español también! E parlo italiano!)

Hello - I'm Joe. Great to meet you😊

I'm a coach (helping people with self-compassion in sessions on Zoom) and facilitator (for a homelessness NGO) living in Granada, Spain.

I trained with Gabor Maté - if you know and like what he does that's a few hundred hours of conversation we could have right there🤓

If you don't know who Gabor Maté is, I'm also really into music (I'm getting into writing my own), running, yoga, coffee, growing food, walks and spending slow time with people🧡

I live in a beautiful cave which is pretty magical!

I'm not really that into going out to bars and stuff but I do that sometimes! I'd rather make food together or go for a walk with my neighbour's dog!

I periodically delete but follow me on Insta if you want! @knowaboutjoe
