Music, Movies, and Books

Generally, rock is and will be my favorite kind of music! I listen to many genres depending in the mood. I enjoy very much relaxing music, like ambient, 432hz, 963hz etc. I also want to experience a psytrance festival.

As far as movies are concerned, I love comedies, action, adventures and fantasy.
Favourites are: Lucy, I origins, The celestial prophecy, F&F saga and more.

Books? I'm not so interested in reading books right now. I have read a lot of personal development books about consciousness, mental, physical & spiritual health!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Mind/Body challenge: Finished 10km Alexander The Great Marathon without having done this distance in training! About 20 days ago I had quit smoking! 🥳

40 days raw food diet. A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ✌️

Mind/Spirit challenge: Went to Samothraki with 10€ left in my wallet and a little food. Stayed there 2 weeks!😆
